Care for the Earth
Come join us in celebrating nature! Throughout this program, will explore the world around us and discover new ways to have a positive impact on the environment. Activities will include creating our own rock garden, getting in touch with nature through walks and yoga, creating art with recycled materials and more!

COVID19 REQUIREMENTS
  • All participants must wear face masks and provide their own
  • Participants should take their temperature before leaving for the program. If a participant’s temperature reads 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, they will be disallowed from participation in the program.
  • All participants will be socially distanced
  • Upon entry to the program, participants will have their temperature (non-touch) taken and a brief COVID-19 assessment completed
  • Participants will use hand sanitizer at entry/exit points and throughout the program, as needed
  • Only registered participants will be allowed to enter the programming areas.

Program Information
  • Program is held Monday - Thursday @ Ridge/Jenkinsville Park
  • There will be 2 sessions; Morning (AM) 9:00 - 11:30 am & Afternoon (PM) 1:00 - 3:30 pm - you may only pick (1) one session per week
  • Friday (of the same week) is reserved as a Rain-Date, if we have to cancel any day during the week.

Program Necessities:
  • Please send your child with a non-perishable snack, a water bottle, sneakers, and pre-applied sunscreen.
  • Please label your child’s items with their first and last name.
  • Queensbury Parks & Recreation Staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
